How do we do it?

Every year the United States allows some foreign workers to fill jobs in seasonal businesses that face labor shortages. It's called the H2B program, and last year it helped fill 66,000 positions across the United States.

Employee Solutions files petitions that allow these workers to come and fill needed positions. Once approved, we travel around the world interviewing potential hospitality services workers. We look closely at specifics such as labor skill set, proficiency in English and also at how each worker presents themselves—ensuring that the best overall workers are selected.

Next we work to have each of these selected employees approved by the consulates in their home countries. This includes proof of identity, successfully passing background checks, and workers providing roundtrip tickets to the United States.

At the same time we are lining up the positions in the U.S. that these lucky workers will fill. We say lucky because it's these workers dream to find good, stable employment, and they will earn an enormous amount of money for themselves and their families back home.

Once we match a selected employee to a position in the U.S., we arrange housing and transportation for them. It generally takes workers a week to arrive. We meet them at the airport and bring them to their new accommodations. We find housing as close to their new job as possible—renting apartments and houses.

The next day we head to the social security office so the worker can be assigned a social security number—allowing them to be paid for their work. Social Security and Homeland Security will run background checks before issuing a social security card.

All employees have homeland security clearance.
All employees have labor certificates.

Once all of this is complete we bring the worker to your property for training to your specific needs. If you'd like to retain the same employee each season, this can usually be arranged. We often file extensions allowing employees to stay for up to three years.
